About Us
Annie Hammer
Annie has over 15 years of hands-on experience training, competing, and teaching across a range of dog sports. She began her training journey in 2008 with her rescue Boston Terrier, Lucy, discovering dog sports as a powerful way to build a strong relationship, provide enrichment, and channel energy in a positive way. Since then, Annie has trained and titled her dogs in conformation, Nose Work, rally, lure coursing, racing, agility, musical freestyle, and tricks through organizations including AKC, ASFA, C-WAGS, CPE, CWA, LGRA, NACSW, WCFO and World Cynosport.

Currently, Annie actively competes with her two Pharaoh Hounds and Whippet, bringing her ability to train independent breeds combined with real-world trial experience directly into her teaching. Kymani and Phaiza, Pharaoh Hounds, are both competing at NACSW Elite level. Kymani is an AKC conformation champion and lure coursing field champion (AKC and ASFA). He is currently competing at Excellent and Master levels in AKC Scent Work. Mae is competing at NACSW NW2 level, AKC Advanced Scent Work level, has CWA TRP and PR racing titles, and is closing in on her AKC and ASFA lure coursing field championships.

Annie has instructed rally, freestyle, targeting, Nose Work, and dog sport fundamentals in the Toledo area. She has been a part of the Robin Ford Dog Training community since 2017. Whether you're brand new to dog training or looking to deepen your skills, Annie brings proven expertise and a genuine passion for helping teams succeed.
